The illegal Immigration

While many young Algerians are risking their lives crossing the Mediterranean on fishing boats to find opportunities abroad, Africans from south of the Sahara are risking their lives through dry and rot deserts to live and work in Algeria.
The Africans don't represent a menace, they are just passing by. However, Chinese workers seem to come to stay. They have set up business and shops, and even started marrying Algerians.

الهجرة غير الشرعية

بينما يجازف الكثير من الشبان الجزائريين بأرواحهم عابرين البحر الأبيض المتوسط على قوارب الصيد لإيجاد فرص في الخارج، يجازف الأفارقة بحياتهم آتيين من جنوب الصحراء عبر صحار جافة و ساخنة للعيش و العمل في الجزائر.
إن الأفارقة لا يشكلون تهديدا لنا لأنهم عابرون فقط. بيد أن الصينيين يبدو أنهم أتوا للبقاء، فقد أقاموا أعمالا و محلات و شرعوا حتى في الزواج مع الجزائريين

التلوث

يهدد التلوث محيطنا فهواؤنا ما فتئ يتدهور يوما بعد يوم . و للعيش ,يحتاج الكائن الحي إلى التنفس, في حين, إن نوعية الهواء الذي نستنشقه في المدن يشهد تلوثا مستمر. إن الأكسوجين هو الطاقة الأساسية للتقدم, و كل محركاتنا ثسثهلك منه كميات هائلة : محركات السيارات و محركات الطائرات و محركات المصانع. إن العامل الوحيد لتحقيق التوازن المفقود هو النبات الذي يتغذى من غازات الكربون, فهو يستهلك الكربون و يطرح الأكسوجين بيد أن العالم النباتي اليوم أزيح من المدن .

Pollution

Pollution menaces our environment; every day, our air degrades more and more. To survive, living being needs to breathe, while, quality of the air we breathe in cities is ongoing polluting. Oxygen is the main energy for progress. All planes, cars and factories burn huge quantity of it. Plants represent the only factor of equilibrium. They feed on carbon dioxide, assimilate carbon and reject oxygen, but, at present, the world of plants is dispelled of cities.

المعروف عن الحملات الانتخابية التي تتم في الدول الديمقراطية في كل مناسبة انتخابية أن المترشحين إن تعلق الأمر بالانتخابات الرئاسية أو بالتشريعيات، يتفننون في تقديم برامجهم وإغراء الشعب واستقطاب شريحة معينة عن طريق التعهد في حالة الفوز بالاعتناء بمشاكلها والإستجابة لانشغالاتها من خلال اتخاذ إجراءات عدة تساعد على تخفيف وتحسين التعهد.

Customs (elections)

What is known about electoral campaigns in democratic countries in every electoral aptness, is that candidates for some specific elections, whether presidential or parliamentary, shine to give their programs, seduce population and attract some others committing them, in case of success, to take care of their problems and to comply with their preoccupations by taking several procedures helping to lighten and ameliorate the commitment.

التدخين ممنوع في جامعة الجزائر

قررت إدارة جامعة بن يوسف بن خدّة بالجزائر العاصمة منع التدخين بفضاءاتها قبل أن يتم تعميمه على المعاهد والكليات، حسب ما أكدّه رئيس جامعة الجزائر "طاهر حجار" في تصريح لجريدة الخبر، وحسب المتحدث فإن القرار جاء بعد سنوات من التحضير وتنظيم أيام تحسيسية ضد أضرار التدخين.

THE SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN

ALGIERS UNIVERSITY

The administration of BEN YOUCEF BEN KHADA University at Algiers decided to prohibit smoking inside its spaces before generalizing this decision to the rest of faculties and institutions, according to what the rector of Algiers University, Mr “TAHAR HADJAR” affirmed in a statement to EL KHBAR newspaper. The speaker said that this decision came after years of preparation and organization of sensitizes days and activities against damages of smoking.
