بواسطة الذاكرة نستطيع أن نتعامل مع الوقت و أن نربط ما بين الحاضر و الماضي و أن نتنبأ بالمستقبل بفضل ما هو مخزون في ذاكرتنا. يمكنك أن تخزن البلايين من بنود المعلومات في ذاكرتك. بإمكان دماغك الذي يزن رطلين تخزين كميات لا تستطيع أن تخزنها أكثر الحاسبات الالكترونية تطورا.

ليست الرياضة كما يضن البعض مقتصرة على العصر الحديث أو مرتبطة بتاريخ الألعاب الاولمبية أو مسابقة كاس العالم ,فهي شجرة ضخمة تمتد جذورها في العصر القديم حيث لاقت اهتماما بالغا عبر العصور, و خلود معالمها دليل واضح على ايلاء القدامى للرياضة كل الرعاية و التقدير و ذلك لارتباطها الوثيق بحياة الإنسان واستمراريته و تكامل جسده

فرجــينيا ولاية أمريكية تقع جنوب الولايات المتحدة ، كانت موقعا لبعض الأحداث المهمة في التاريخ الأمريكي . و قد أقيمت بها أول مستوطنة انجليزية دائمة في أمريكيا في جيمستاون سنة 1607 م ، كما وقعت المعارك الكبيرة للثورة الأمريكية و الحرب الأهلية الأمريكية في فرجينيا . و سميت فرجــــــــــينيا أم الرؤســـــاء لأن ثمــــــــان رؤســاء الولايات المتحدة ولدوا فيها.
